The transition into an empty—or nearly empty—nest often brings a mix of emotions: grief and relief, uncertainty and space, longing and a quiet curiosity about what comes next. What’s Next? is a monthly, guided group journaling experience created for women navigating this meaningful life shift. Led by author Rose Marie, this space invites you to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself—with compassion, curiosity, and no pressure to have answers. In a supportive, welcoming small-group setting, you’ll be gently guided through thoughtful journaling prompts designed to help you honor the years of caregiving, process the transition, and explore identity, purpose, and possibility beyond this chapter of motherhood. Each monthly gathering offers time for guided reflection, optional sharing, and gentle conversation—creating space for connection without expectation, fixing, or comparison. You’re invited to come as you are and leave feeling grounded, seen, and a little more at ease with what’s unfolding. No journaling experience is needed. Sharing is always optional. This is not therapy, but a reflective community—one that offers steady support as you step into your next chapter, together. Each session includes: A safe and supportive space to explore your thoughts and emotions Gentle journaling prompts tailored to your needs One personalized affirmation created just for you Disclaimer: These sessions are not a substitute for professional therapy, medical treatment, or a mental health diagnosis. They are offered as supportive, reflective practices only. Booking Policy Scheduling: All sessions must be booked at least two weeks in advance to ensure a personalized and meaningful experience. This allows time to prepare your tailored journaling prompts and personalized affirmation. Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your session without penalty. Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. Payment Policy Payment Due: Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session. Accepted Methods: Credit card, PayPal, or other secure online payment options. Refunds: No refunds will be issued for missed sessions.
