Refund Policy
At Soul in Bloom Journey, each workshop and event is designed with care and limited seating to create an intimate, nurturing experience. Because space and materials are reserved in advance, the following refund policy applies to all registrations:
Deposits

A non-refundable $40 deposit is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.

Deposits help cover administrative, material, and preparation costs and therefore cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Cancellations

If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us at least 7 days before the event date.

With timely notice, your registration (minus the deposit) may be transferred to a future Soul in Bloom Journey workshop or event of equal value.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Event Rescheduling or Cancellation
In the rare event that Soul in Bloom Journey must reschedule or cancel an event due to illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the choice of a full credit toward a future workshop or a refund (including deposit) if you cannot attend the new date. We will notify all participants promptly via the email provided at registration.
Transfers
If you are unable to attend, your paid spot may be transferred to another participant you designate, provided you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
No-Shows Participants who do not attend and do not provide notice forfeit all payments.
