Soul in Bloom Journey – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Soul in Bloom Journey (“SIBJ,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using this website, booking a workshop, purchasing a product, or engaging with our content, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

By registering for or participating in any Soul in Bloom Journey (SIBJ) event, workshop, or program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Purpose of the Site

This website and all SIBJ offerings are designed to support personal reflection, journaling, and emotional growth. Content is for inspirational and educational purposes only and is not mental health, medical, legal, or financial advice.

2. No Clinical or Therapeutic Services

Soul in Bloom Journey does not provide therapy or clinical services.

Rose Marie Carattini-Crosby is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Social Work and is a trained CASA Advocate, but she is not a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, or medical professional.
Participation in workshops, groups, journaling experiences, or events is voluntary and at your own discretion.
You are encouraged to seek professional care if you are experiencing trauma, crisis, or mental health concerns.

3. Workshops, Events & Bookings

Some events have limited seating and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve your spot (as listed on the event page).
Unless otherwise stated, deposits are non-refundable.
With at least 7 days’ notice, deposits may be transferred to a future SIBJ workshop (subject to availability).
SIBJ reserves the right to reschedule, move online, or cancel an event due to low enrollment, illness, weather, venue issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In those cases, we will offer a transfer or credit.

4. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
Payment is due at the time of registration or by the date listed.
We reserve the right to change pricing, offerings, or promotions on the website at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, branding, logos, workshop materials, journaling prompts, PDFs, videos, and book excerpts — is the intellectual property of Soul in Bloom Journey / Rose Marie Carattini-Crosby, unless otherwise credited.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or claim as your own any content, downloads, or workshop materials without written permission.
Materials are for personal use only unless a separate license is granted.

6. User Conduct

By using this site or attending an event, you agree to:

Engage respectfully with the facilitator and other participants.
Maintain confidentiality of stories shared in the group setting.
Not use the site for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.

We reserve the right to remove, block, or refuse service to individuals who violate these standards.

7. Confidentiality & Group Safety

SIBJ strives to create a safe, nurturing space. However:

We cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality in group settings, since other attendees are present.
Please share only what you feel comfortable sharing.
In cases of disclosed harm, abuse, or danger to self/others, we may be ethically or legally required to report or refer.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services, content, and materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:

The site will always be available and error-free.
Participation will result in specific emotional or spiritual outcomes.

Your healing journey is personal, and results vary from person to person.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul in Bloom Journey and Rose Marie Carattini-Crosby shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

your participation in workshops or events,
